Our Reading Leader Training 2025-26 will cover:

-          Setting up matched decodables and paired reading

-          Teaching Phase 4

-          Reading to Write

-          How to use your support staff to drive improvement

-          Short burst teaching outside of the lesson – how to plan, implement and measure impact

-          More reading = more practice (ELS Fluency)

-          Using Phase 1 in other year groups to support learners’ needs
